Comparative Form
Usamos o comparativo para comparar duas coisas, duas pessoas, dois animais ou dois lugares.
Para fazermos a forma comparativa de um adjetivo que tenha 01 sílaba acrescentamos ER ao final do adjetivo.
Se o adjetivo tem uma sílaba e a última letra for E acrescentamos apenas o R.
Quando o adjetivo tem uma sílaba e termina com CVC (Consoante-Vogal-Consoante) devemos repetir a última letra e somente depois acrescentar a terminação ER.
Se o adjetivo tem duas sílabas e terminar com Y trocamos o Y por I para somente então colocarmos a terminação ER.
Se o adjetivo tem duas ou mais sílabas devemos colocar a palavra MORE antes do adjetivo para fazermos o comparativo.
Os adjetivos GOOD e BAD não seguem a regra do comparativos, eles são considerados exceções.
